Care & Maintenance for New Customers

Follow up and care is so important to us that we include a free maintenance tune-up at six and twelve months from completion on all our new tile and bath work. After that, we continue an ongoing relationship with our clients through our care & maintenance plan customized to keep their tile looking fresh and beautiful.

This service is so popular among our established clients that we are now offering it to new clients as well. For a $250 fee, we will perform a comprehensive inspection and assessment, creating for you a care & maintenance plan before you commit to the work. 

Our First-Time Care & Maintenance Process

STEP ONE: Comprehensive Inspection ($250)

  • Assess tile, grout and caulk conditions
  • Determine matching tile / grout / caulk colors when appropriated
  • Prepare a Care & Maintenance Plan & Estimate

STEP TWO: Maintenance Work (based on $150/hr crew of two / $100/hr crew of one, plus supplies)

  • Confirm and follow work schedule
  • Bring to your attention and address any discoveries as needed
  • Document work done
